Máy chế biến gỗ YOM-5 là máy đa trục Khe phay CNC là lý tưởng cho tốc độ cao phay rãnh trên gỗ thẳng và cong. Máy được thiết kế với 5 cọc, cho phép gia công 5 miếng gỗ cùng một lúc. Được trang bị với một bộ điều khiển CNC tiên tiến, máy làm cho các hoạt động xay xát khe cắm linh hoạt hơn và dễ dàng.

This machine is designed with 5 spindles, allowing for machining 5 pieces of wood simultaneously. Equipped with an advanced CNC controller, the machine makes slot milling operations more flexible and easy. Suitable for high speed slot milling for kitchen cabinet frames, chair legs and chair legs, etc. Applicable for straight and curved wood. 5 spindles are simultaneously controlled. Each spindle is individually controlled by a frequency inverter. Powerful CNC controller permits slot milling to be performed with ease and helps to dramatically increase throughput. X,Y,Z-axis movements are driven by servo motors with high speed and high positioning accuracy. X-axis employs high precision ground rack for transmission. Y,Z-axis are transmitted through ball screws. X,Y,Z-axis slideways and clamping mechanism slideways are fitted with linear motion guides.

Wood Clamping Mechanism Two clamping areas (A/B area) allow the operator to clamp wood during slot milling for saving wood loading time. Single area clamping is available to suit large workpieces. Pneumatically operated wood clamping for added efficiency and convenience.
